With a strong foundation in local governance, my political experience began as a member of the citizens advisory committee and a community business ambassador. I have actively participated in numerous elections, taking on roles such as clerk, District Returning Officer, and Supervisor. As a realtor, I have had the opportunity to engage annually with our mayor to address pressing housing issues, ensuring that community needs are heard and addressed. My commitment to public service and community engagement drives my passion for making a positive impact.
After raising my four children, I became deeply engaged with the School Council, eventually taking on the role of chair for multiple years. In 1997, I took a step further by running for school trustee and was honored to be elected to my local Catholic school board, where I dedicated 17 years of service.
In 2022 I was elected as Ward 5 Councillor in the town of Innisfil.
During my tenure I have helped ward 5 residents with many concerns.
I look forward to continuing to work for Ward 5 and all of Innisfil over the next four years.
